1. Export button is stuck at loading

If you're on version 2.5.4, there's a known issue that prevents the extension from loading. The extension will automatically update to v2.5.5 once the Google Chrome Store approves the new version.

• Reload the page and then re-open the extension
• If that doesn’t work, try clearing your browser cache and reload again.
  • To clear browser cache on Google Chrome on a Mac, press Cmd + Shift + R
  • On Windows,
    1. Hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button
    2. Hold down Ctrl and press F5

2. Extension is not connecting to WhatsApp

Try the same steps mentioned above.
